Key Responsibilities: This is an on-field role, ideal for someone with 2-3 years of experience get out there and make things happen! Youll be expected to visit the market, meet agents in person, build relationships, and hit your sales targets. (Please note you'll not get any team management responsibilities at the get go) Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads from both new and existing Travel agents. Your initiative will be key in expanding our reach and connecting with high-value agents. Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with Travel agents, clients, and partners. You’ll become a trusted advisor, offering tailored solutions to meet their needs. Market Analysis: Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activities to uncover new opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations to fuel growth. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, etc.) to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives and align on overarching goals. Sales Target Achievement: Own your success! Meet and exceed sales targets with a focused, results-driven approach. Skills & Qualifications: Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially in English, are essential for building lasting relationships with clients and agents. Self-Motivated & Team-Oriented: A proactive, independent approach, but always ready to collaborate and work towards team success. Confident Relationship Builder: You’re comfortable interacting with consumers, HNIs, and distribution partners, making connections that last. Attention to Detail: Keep a sharp eye on the details while managing multiple relationships and opportunities.

Role & responsibilities Handle inbound calls from US-based clients and convert them into sales . Provide travel options including flight deals, hotels, and car rentals as per customer requirements. Use GDS (Amadeus) for bookings, fare searches, and itinerary management. Ensure a high conversion rate of PPC (Pay-Per-Call) leads into successful transactions. Maintain a high standard of quality, accuracy , and customer satisfaction while meeting or exceeding sales targets. Stay updated with airline policies, fare rules, and industry best practices. Use airport and city code knowledge to ensure accurate bookings.
