Sales Executive (Assistant Manager)

Key

This is an on-field role, ideal for someone with 2-3 years of experience get out there and make things happen! Youll be expected to visit the market, meet agents in person, build relationships, and hit your sales targets.

• Lead Generation:

  Proactively generate leads from both new and existing Travel agents. Your initiative will be key in expanding our reach and connecting with high-value agents.

• Relationship Building:

  Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with Travel agents, clients, and partners. You’ll become a trusted advisor, offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.

• Market Analysis:

  Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activities to uncover new opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations to fuel growth.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, etc.) to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives and align on overarching goals.

• Sales Target Achievement:

  Own your success! Meet and exceed sales targets with a focused, results-driven approach.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent Communication Skills:

  Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially in English, are essential for building lasting relationships with clients and agents.
