Human Resource Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

• Lead hiring across Sales, Construction, Architecture, Legal, CRM, Facility Management, and Corporate roles.
  
• Build strong talent pipelines through strategic sourcing, industry networking, and real estate-specific hiring channels.
  
• Partner with Project Heads to forecast manpower needs based on launch cycles, site activity & project stages.
  

2. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management

• Oversee onboarding, documentation, background verification, and induction of new hires.
  
• Ensure seamless HR operations across corporate office and multiple project sites.
  
• Maintain accurate employee records, HRMS data, attendance, and site manpower reports.
  

3. Performance Management & Culture Building

• Implement robust performance evaluation processes aligned with sales targets and project timelines.
  
• Introduce competency frameworks tailored for real estate roles.
  
• Drive employee engagement initiatives that keep both office and site teams connected and motivated.
  

4. Training & Development

• Conduct training needs analysis for sales teams, CRM executives, and site engineers.
  
• Organize sessions on negotiation skills, compliance, safety, customer relations, and leadership development.
  

5. Policy, Compliance & Legal Coordination

• Ensure compliance with labour laws, Shops Act, CLRA, POSH, and real estate industry-specific regulations.
  
• Coordinate with Legal for contract workforce compliance and vendor audits.
  
• Regularly update HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.
  

6. Employee Relations & Conflict Management

• Act as a trusted bridge between employees and management.
  
• Handle grievances, conflicts at project sites, and discipline matters with professionalism and fairness.
  
• Build a positive work environment that supports retention and productivity.
