Position: Sales Manager – Real Estate Company: Agrawal and Gehlot Realtors Private Limited Location: Sector 18, Noida Working Days: 6 days a week (Tuesday fixed off) Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month (Negotiable based on experience) Company Overview:Agrawal and Gehlot Realtors Private Limited is a leading real estate advisory and marketing firm based in Noida, specializing in premium residential and commercial properties. With a client-centric approach and in-depth market knowledge, we focus on delivering results through ethical and transparent practices. Job Role:We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in real estate sales, especially in Noida, Greater Noida, and Delhi NCR markets. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing a team, and ensuring targets are met with professionalism and integrity. Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound sales for residential and commercial real estate projects. Meet clients, conduct site visits, and close deals independently or with the sales team. Generate leads through various channels including digital, referrals, and broker network. Convert qualified leads into sales and build long-term client relationships. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable projects accordingly. Supervise and guide the sales team, monitor performance, and achieve monthly targets. Coordinate with developers/builders, maintain inventory, and stay updated on market trends. Follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and meetings. Key Requirements:Minimum 6 months of sales experience. Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills. Good knowledge of real estate projects in Noida & Greater Noida. Ability to manage a team and work under pressure. Proficiency in English and Hindi. Well-presented and client-facing personality. Must be target-driven and self-motivated. Own vehicle preferred (for client site visits).
