Job Summary:

Real Estate Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve sales goals.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
  • Manage client relationships from inquiry to deal closure.
  • Oversee site visits, negotiations, and documentation processes.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

Requirements:
