Job Summary:

Real Estate Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve sales goals.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
Manage client relationships from inquiry to deal closure.
Oversee site visits, negotiations, and documentation processes.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer service teams for seamless execution.
Maintain knowledge of industry regulations, property laws, and market developments.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum
5 years of real estate sales experience
