Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Consultant located in Delhi, India. The Real Estate Consultant will identify and evaluate real estate opportunities, assist clients in buying or selling properties, and provide expert advice on market conditions and property values. Daily tasks include conducting property tours, negotiating contracts, and building strong relationships with clients and developers. The role also involves staying updated on market trends and delivering high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in Real Estate and Real Property
• Proficiency in Sales and Negotiation skills
• Ability to provide Training to clients and team members
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Relevant certifications and a valid real estate license are advantageous
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with real estate laws and regulations, particularly in the Delhi NCR region
