Role Description

We are seeking a Real Estate Sales Manager to lead and drive property sales efforts in our Ahmedabad office. This is a full-time, on-site role, where the successful candidate will oversee sales strategies, build and maintain relationships with clients, and manage the property sales team. Responsibilities include undertaking market analysis, coordinating with clients to understand their requirements, working towards meeting sales targets, and presenting property options aligned with client expectations. The Manager will also ensure exceptional customer service at every stage of the sales process.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Sales and Real Property knowledge
Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to foster client relationships
Proven leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills
Familiarity with the Ahmedabad real estate market is advantageous
Minimum of a bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
Ability to work on-site and meet tight deadlines effectively
