Job Description – AccountantCompany: Agarwal & Gehlot Realtors Pvt Ltd Location: Sector 18, Noida Position Type: Full-time Work Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Weekly Off: Tuesday Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 (Based on experience) About UsAgarwal & Gehlot Realtors Pvt Ltd is a fast-growing real estate consultancy firm specializing in premium residential and commercial properties. We are expanding our operations and looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountantto manage our financial operations with accuracy and efficiency. Key ResponsibilitiesBookkeeping & Accounting: Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally/Zoho or similar software. Record day-to-day transactions, journal entries, and reconciliations. Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Generate MIS reports for management decision-making. Taxation & Compliance: Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances. Prepare and file returns accurately and on time. Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist management with cash flow planning and projections. Monitor company expenses and revenues effectively. Payroll Management: Calculate and process monthly salaries, incentives, and reimbursements. Vendor & Client Accounts: Manage accounts payable and receivable. Reconcile builder statements, client accounts, and brokerage commissions. Key RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (CA Inter preferred). Minimum 6 months of relevant experience, preferably in real estate or property consulting firms. Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, MS Excel, and other accounting tools. Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and income tax compliance. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently with high attention to detail.
