Location: Sector 18, Noida Work Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Weekly Off: Tuesday Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month Role OverviewWe are looking for a smart, presentable, and well-spoken Receptionist to be the first point of contact at Agarwal & Gehlot Realtors. The ideal candidate will manage the front desk operations, handle calls, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth office functioning. Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner. Manage incoming calls, emails, and appointments efficiently. Maintain the visitor log and coordinate with concerned departments. Handle basic administrative tasks, including document organization and courier handling. Assist in scheduling meetings and managing conference room bookings. Ensure the front desk and reception area are always well-presented. RequirementsEducation: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred. Experience: 1–3 years in a similar role; freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply. Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English & Hindi. Pleasant personality and strong interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email). Ability to multitask and handle clients professionally.
