Job Title: Graphic DesignerIndustry: Real Estate Location: Sector 18, Noida (On-site) Job Type: Full-time (Not Work from Home) Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Weekly Off: Sunday Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience) Job Description:We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our real estate marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, the ability to handle multiple projects, and experience in creating engaging visuals for both online and offline marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities:Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, hoardings, banners, social media creatives, and property listings. Develop visual content for digital platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp campaigns. Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to understand project requirements and create high-impact visuals. Ensure consistency in branding and design across all materials. Edit and enhance property photos, floor plans, and layouts as needed. Stay updated with design trends and the real estate market to create relevant content. Requirements:Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably in the real estate sector. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and Canva (optional). Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Good communication skills and attention to detail. Eligibility Criteria:Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in graphic design. Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
