Full job description Role: Civil Engineer (Male candidates) Location: Pollachi Role: Permanent Experience: Fresher (Immediate Joiners are required) Degree: BE or ME in Civil Engineering Willingness to travel: Yes (Bike Mandate) Salary: Rs. 10,000/Month (Negotiable based on the performance) Key Points: Willingness to learn new things Good Communication Skills (Tamil & English) Site visits, Office work, Preparation of Valuation Reports Professional Training will be provided for the first 3 months Key Responsibilities: Design and plan civil engineering projects, such as roads, bridges, drainage systems, and water treatment plants. Conduct site assessments and analyze geographical, environmental, and other data to inform project designs. Prepare cost estimates, project timelines, and budgets for proposed projects. Create detailed plans, drawings, and specifications for construction. Oversee the construction phase to ensure projects are built to design specifications, on time, and within budget. Perform site inspections and quality control tests to ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards. Collaborate with architects, construction teams, and local authorities to ensure project success. Solve engineering problems, ensuring that design, construction, and operation meet necessary codes, regulations, and environmental impact standards. Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for clients and stakeholders. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes.
