Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing and Operations Executive to support our team in executing marketing campaigns, generating leads, and streamlining daily operations. This role offers hands-on experience in managing LinkedIn outreach, coordinating internal workflows, maintaining CRM systems, and contributing to business growth. It’s an ideal opportunity for someone looking to gain well-rounded experience in both digital marketing and operational support within a dynamic and fast-paced IT environment. Job Responsibility: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to boost brand awareness, generate leads, and enhance customer engagement. Plan and execute lead generation campaigns on LinkedIn, email, and other B2B platforms. Identify, connect with, and nurture potential leads through targeted outreach and consistent follow-ups. Create and manage engaging content for LinkedIn posts, marketing emails, and outreach messages. Manage SEO/SEM efforts, content marketing, email campaigns, and paid advertisements (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.). Oversee social media strategy, content calendars, and publishing schedules across relevant platforms. Collaborate with the design and development teams to optimize websites and landing pages for better conversion rates. Maintain and grow a professional network on LinkedIn and other platforms relevant to the IT and tech industry. Assist with additional marketing activities, SEO optimization, and internal coordination as needed to support business goals. Assist in streamlining business processes and improving cross-departmental workflows to enhance overall efficiency. Coordinate internal projects, track progress, and ensure timely execution through effective follow-ups and communication. Maintain and organize key operational documentation, SOPs, and contribute to ongoing process improvements. Support resource planning, vendor coordination, and basic budgeting activities. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or operations, preferably in a tech or B2B environment. Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach and B2B lead generation strategies. Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo, Mailchimp, WordPress, or similar platforms. Solid understanding of SEO, Google Ads, content strategy, and social media marketing. Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work independently in a fast-paced, small-team environment. Bonus: Basic knowledge of IT services, software development lifecycle, or digital solution offerings. Salary Offered : Interns (Those who are Currently Pursuing their respected studies): Stipend up to 8k to 15k based on interview and work performance. (Until Passout) Freshers / Experienced: CTC will be 2.4 to 3.5 LPA (Based on Interview and Work performance) The first 6 months will be a probation period.
