Digital Marketing Associate:


About the Team

Key Responsibilities

WhatsApp Marketing & Automation

  • Create, manage, and optimize WhatsApp marketing campaigns for lead nurturing, engagement, and retention.
  • Build WhatsApp conversation flows, drip campaigns, and chat automation for patient journeys.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize for higher CTR, engagement, and conversion.


Paid Campaign Management (Meta, Google, etc.)

  • Plan and execute Meta (Facebook & Instagram) click-to-WhatsApp ads and lead campaigns.
  • Run Google Ads (Search, Display) and SEM campaigns to drive patient leads for clinics/hospitals.
  • Track campaign KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, and optimize budgets accordingly.
  • A/B test creatives, ad copies, and landing pages for better performance.


SEO & SEM

  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page SEO for doctor and clinic websites.
  • Monitor website traffic, GMB (Google My Business) performance, and local SEO.
  • Optimize SEM campaigns to improve quality score and reduce CPL.


Analytics & Reporting

  • Use Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, and WhatsApp dashboards to track performance.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on campaign effectiveness and actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and growth teams to ensure campaign alignment with business goals.


Collaboration & Innovation

  • Work with the tech team for WhatsApp API and chatbot integrations.
  • Suggest new digital strategies and automation opportunities to enhance doctor engagement and lead generation.
  • Stay updated with Meta policies, healthcare digital marketing trends, and WhatsApp Business API best practices.
  • Required Skills & Competencies:
  • Hands-on experience with WhatsApp Business API, flows, or automation tools (e.g., Twilio, WATI, Zoko, Yellow.ai).
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Click-to-WhatsApp campaigns, and Google Ads.
  • Solid understanding of SEO/SEM, keyword strategy, and website traffic optimization.
  • Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and campaign dashboards.
  • Ability to manage budgets, track ROI, and optimize campaigns for CPL and conversions.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on WhatsApp campaigns & Meta ads.
  • Experience in healthcare, SaaS, or lead generation-based industries is a plus.
  • Certification in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Marketing Automation tools is preferred.
