Job Description

The Digital Campaign Manager will oversee and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media, search engines, email, and display networks. The role will require strategic planning, hands-on implementation, data analysis, and optimization to meet performance goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, and engagement. Key Responsibilities: Experience of Paid campaigns on META, Google ads, LinkedIn ads, and on other internet tools Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across a variety of platforms (social media, SEM, display ads, email marketing, etc.). Define campaign objectives, targeting strategies, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Monitor campaign performance, conduct data analysis, and adjust strategies to maximize results. Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to ensure campaign materials align with brand messaging and objectives. Manage budget allocation and ensure cost-effective campaign execution. Optimize landing pages and user funnels for better conversion rates. Leverage analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) to track and report on campaign performance and trends. A/B test creatives, copy, and targeting to continually refine and improve campaign performance. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies. Ensure campaigns are aligned with the company’s marketing goals and objectives. Manage external agencies or contractors as needed for specific campaign elements. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in digital marketing and campaign management. Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.). Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite, etc.). Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization strategies. Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media strategies. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with email marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo). Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO). Google Ads certification or similar digital marketing certifications. Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and marketing strategies.
