Urban Pillar is seeking a creative, analytical, and highly organized in-person Social Media Manager to lead and execute our digital presence across various platforms, with a focus on Instagram, YouTube, Reels, Shorts, and Podcasts. This role also involves managing influencer relationships and collaborating with graphic designers to bring engaging content to life. You'll drive growth, engagement, and visibility across all digital touchpoints. Skills and Qualifications: 1. Develop and execute content calendars for Instagram, YouTube, Reels/Shorts, and Podcasts 2. Maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms 3. Optimize publishing schedules based on audience insights and engagement patterns 4. Collaborate with graphic designers and video editors to produce high-quality visual and video content 5. Lead short-form content creation, especially for Reels, Shorts, and YouTube Videos 6. Oversee podcast planning, production, and promotion 7. Identify, onboard, and manage a network of influencers 8. Coordinate campaigns, track deliverables, and maintain positive relationships 9. Negotiate collaborations, usage rights, and performance incentives 10. Monitor performance across all platforms using tools like Instagram Insights, YouTube 11. Studio and third-party analytics platforms 12. Prepare monthly reports on engagement, reach, ad performance, and content ROI 13. Provide insights and recommendations to continuously improve content and strategy 14. Collaborate with the advertising team to monitor and report on ad performance 15. Provide creative input for campaign assets and targeting strategies 16. Use data to inform content tweaks and future paid initiatives 17. 3+ years of experience managing social media across platforms 18. Strong understanding of Instagram algorithms, YouTube growth strategies, and podcast distribution 19. Experience with social media analytics and ad performance tools 20. Proven experience managing influencer campaigns and content partnerships 21. Strong project management skills — ability to juggle multiple creators, campaigns, and timelines. 22. Excellent written and verbal communication skills 23. Basic graphic design/video editing knowledge is a plus.
