Role Overview

Position: Digital Campaign Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Execute campaigns via email, SMS, push, and WhatsApp using Adobe Campaign Manager and Journey Optimizer.

- Segment and activate audiences with Adobe Real-Time CDP.

- Track campaign engagement and report performance.

- Build customer journeys and personalize interactions.

- Implement A/B testing for optimization.

Challenges Faced

- Tight deadlines and multiple campaigns running simultaneously.

- Coordinating with internal teams and external agencies for timely execution.

Decision-Making Scope

- Optimize campaigns and scale based on insights.

- Influence internal content strategies.

- Manage budgets, retention efforts, and measure campaign success.

External: Adobe reps, agencies like Mindshare

Qualifications & Skills

- Education: B.E. or MBA

- Experience: 26 years

- Behavioral Skills: Communication, flexibility, time management

- Technical Skills: AEP, data integration, tools like Workfront or JIRA, understanding GDPR
