Digital Campaign Manager

Role Overview: As a Performance Marketing Manager for the Shopify-based e-commerce platform, your role will be crucial in leading and scaling the performance marketing efforts. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing multi-channel performance marketing strategies to drive growth and oversee all aspects of performance marketing. Key Responsibilities: - Developing and implementing multi-channel performance marketing strategies - Leading and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and affiliate networks - Overseeing budget allocation, forecasting, and reporting to maximize ROI - Collaborating with cross-functional teams for marketing strategies alignment - Leveraging Shopify analytics and third-party tools for monitoring and enhancing site performance - Conducting A/B testing and refining creative assets, landing pages, and targeting strategies - Staying ahead of industry trends and continuously improving performance marketing tactics Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree/ Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or related field - 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in e-commerce - Proven track record of managing and scaling digital marketing campaigns - Strong understanding of Shopify, Google Analytics, and other e-commerce tools - Excellent analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making - Leadership and project management capabilities Additional Company Details: This is a full-time position that offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement and Provident Fund.
