Digital Campaign Manager

As a Meta and Google Ads Specialist at Kho.Social, a dynamic and growing digital marketing agency, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, Video) campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. Your key responsibilities will include conducting keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy development for Google and Meta ads, monitoring and analyzing ad performance metrics, performing A/B testing, managing campaign budgets, and providing detailed performance reports and recommendations for future campaigns. You will collaborate with the content creation team for ad creatives and marketing strategy alignment and stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Meta and Google advertising. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field, along with 2-4 years of proven experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads. Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are preferred. Strong analytical skills and experience using platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Pixel are required. You should also have experience with budget management and achieving performance KPIs, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team. Proficiency in tools like Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, and reporting platforms such as Data Studio is essential.
