Role Summary

The Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Digital Marketing will be responsible for leading strategic planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This role demands a deep understanding of digital platforms, performance metrics, and client-focused thinking to ensure high- impact marketing outcomes. The SME will collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver innovative and data-driven digital campaigns aligned with brand and business goals.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Act as the go-to expert across digital marketing channels including SEO, paid media (Google Ads, Meta Ads), content marketing, and social media. • Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across client portfolios. • Monitor and analyze campaign performance; provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and ROI enhancement. • Stay current with digital trends, algorithms, platform updates, and tools to ensure campaigns remain effective and innovative. • Collaborate with creative, design, and strategy teams to deliver cohesive, data- backed digital marketing campaigns. • Participate in client discussions, strategy development, and campaign reviews, offering expert-level guidance and recommendations. • Own the development of performance dashboards, reports, and campaign presentations for internal and external stakeholders.• Ensure all digital marketing initiatives meet quality standards, brand guidelines, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in digital marketing with a basic understanding of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads, and SEO.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Google Analytics, or Meta Business Suite is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
