About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and performance-driven Senior Manager – Telesales with strong experience in B2B marketplaces, listing models, and a proven track record of selling high-value (bigticket) products/services.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring, onboarding, and managing B2B clients through telesales, driving revenue growth, and maintaining long-term professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities  Conduct outbound telesales calls to acquire new B2B clients for the marketplace/listing platform.

 Pitch, negotiate, and close deals for big-ticket size offerings.

 Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.

 Understand client requirements and provide relevant solutions aligned with marketplace offerings.

 Manage end-to-end sales cycle—from lead generation to closing and onboarding.

 Meet weekly/monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.

 Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM tools.

 Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery.

Candidate Requirements

 Minimum 3 years of B2B telesales experience—preferably in a B2B marketplace or listing model.

 Strong ability to pitch and close large-value deals.

 Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

 Comfortable with targets and deadline-driven environments.

 Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

 Must own a personal laptop.  Immediate joiners preferred. What We Offer
