* Liaison with HUDA, Urban Local bodies, HSIIDC, Fire Dept ,MCG, MCM, HVPNL, GMDA, Forest dept, Irrigation Dept, Police dept, Secretariate , and
other Govt agencies for facilitating statuary approvals and smooth progress at site.
* Getting desirable Infra work in vicinity of project site projected and potential to have that executed by Govt Agencies.
* Liaison with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
* Coordination with RWA/Residents to resolve potential crisis.
* Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
* Adept in business aspects like relationship building, coordination, liaison.
* Sound Knowledge of Real Estate Act, Policies and Municipal laws.
* Strong PR and liaison skills. Sharing the JD for the Junior resource we spoke about
