Job Description

Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Communication

Liaise with internal departments (engineering, finance, techno-commercial, site teams etc.) and external stakeholders (vendors, contractors, consultants) to ensure alignment and timely execution of project activities.
Facilitate regular project review meetings and follow-ups with stakeholders.

Monitoring & Reporting

Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines using MIS tools and dashboards.
Prepare and circulate weekly/monthly reports, highlighting achievements, delays, and action items.
Raise red flags proactively in case of potential delays, risks, or bottlenecks.

Documentation & Compliance

Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date, including contracts, approvals, drawings, and statutory clearances.
Coordinate with respective teams to ensure all necessary actions are undertaken to meet regulatory obligations and keep track of applications for regulatory and statutory approvals.

Digital Tools & MIS

Maintain trackers and dashboards for tracking project progress. Support IT/digital team in preparing project related dashboards or tools.
Ensure data accuracy in MIS systems by regularly updating and validating information shared from different teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, 4–6 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in energy/infrastructure projects.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP and project management softwares
