JOB DESCRIPTION SHEET Job Position : Manager -HR Reporting To : CHRO Department : HR & Administration Job Responsibilities: Daily reporting to the CHRO regarding manpower numbers, plant issues, recruitment, safety and security matters, new initiatives, and other sensitive information. Plan and Recruit desired level & quality manpower to meet business requirements. Ensure implementation of HR initiatives/systems & policies across all plants and offices. Payroll Management for all the plants and offices across India Preparation of policies and processes in consultation with CHRO. Weekly and monthly MIS for the Management. Actively participate and monitoring of Social Media activities for the company Record keeping of Head office employees and key employees in the organisation Support CHRO in the annual performance appraisal process Plant visits for coordination and HR audit purposes as and when required Drive Employee Engagement initiatives as per company policy. Monitor all applicable statutory labour laws/factory laws that are in place at the plants. Drive Training & Development initiatives towards capability building in coordination with the CHRO. Ensure smooth Audits by statutory auditors. Ensure the completeness and accuracy of all statutory records (HR & Admin) and timely checking of contractors' compliances. Renewal of Company Insurance Policy (GHI & GPA) Daily Attendance compilation and mail to head office. Any other miscellaneous activities assigned by the management from time to time.
