Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  1. Recruitment and Onboarding

    • Manage the full recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
    • Develop job descriptions and hiring criteria for various positions.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand skills and competencies required for roles.
  2. Employee Relations

    • Foster a positive work environment and address employee concerns.
    • Resolve conflicts and handle employee grievances in compliance with company policies.
    • Facilitate employee engagement programs and activities.
  3. Performance Management

    • Oversee performance appraisal processes and support managers in setting KPIs.
    • Implement performance management programs to drive a high-performance culture.
  4. Compliance and Legal

    • Ensure HR policies and procedures are compliant with local labor laws and regulations.
    • Maintain records related to employee information, job classification, and pay scale.
  5. Learning and Development

    • Identify training needs and create learning and development programs for employee growth.
    • Manage onboarding programs and continuously improve training materials.
  6. Compensation and Benefits

    • Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements.
    • Administer employee benefits programs and assess market trends to ensure competitiveness.
  7. HR Analytics and Reporting

    • Track and analyze HR metrics, such as turnover rates and performance indicators.
    • Generate HR reports for executive management on staffing, recruitment, and workforce planning.

Qualifications

  • Education

    : Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
  • Experience

    : 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Skills

    : Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills. Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
