Job Responsibilities

• Engaging in interviews, to gauge Candidate fitment with the company Values & Culture.

• Ensure alignment with all the timelines for joining, confirmations, exits, etc.
• Conduct timely Induction for all new Joiners
• Engage with Key stake holders and build on employee camaraderie for the region.
• Ensure retention of Key Performers, through strategic interventions and proactive planning.
• Undertake & drive multiple employee engagement activities at a regional level.
• Management of all employee related Grievances for the assigned region.
• Management of all Disciplinary Cases for the region. This would entail alignment with all statutory regulations, internal policies and stakeholder management.
• Any additional HR assignments or Projects which may be initiated by the company. Skills Required Good communication skills both Oral and Written. Client Service Behaviour & Attitude: Integrity, Passion, Compliance with conscience, handling highly confidential information in a professional manner Analytical and Logical Reasoning Domain knowledge & expertise Proactivity Negotiation skill

Full time : MBA in HR with 3-5 years of experience
