Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as per statutory requirements.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
Monitor and analyze financial data to provide accurate reports to management.
Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliances.
Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Supervise and guide junior accountants and finance staff.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Professional certification (CA/ICWA/CPA) preferred.
5–8 years of progressive accounting experience.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and statutory compliances.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).
Advanced MS Excel and financial analysis skills.
Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
