HR Intern

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment Support:

• Assist in sourcing and screening resumes.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates.
• Maintain and update candidate databases.

2. Onboarding:

• Support the onboarding process by preparing offer letters and welcome kits.
• Assist in organizing orientation programs for new hires.

3. Employee Engagement:

• Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
• Collect and analyze employee feedback for improvements.

4. HR Operations:

• Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
• Support day-to-day HR administrative tasks, such as documentation and filing.

5. Learning and Development:

• Assist in coordinating training sessions and workshops.
• Help create training materials and resources.

6. Compliance and Policy:

• Ensure adherence to company policies and labor regulations.
• Assist in drafting and updating HR policies, as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
