Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Support: Assist the HR team in sourcing candidates for various roles, conducting initial screenings, scheduling interviews, and maintaining recruitment databases.
  • Employee Engagement: Help organize and manage employee engagement activities, ensuring a positive work environment.
  • HR Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee information, training, and other HR-related documents.
  • Talent Acquisition: Assist in posting job openings on job portals, social media platforms, and managing job applications.
  • Training and Development: Support the HR team in organizing training sessions, workshops, and seminars for both internal staff and external clients.
  • Internship and Placement Assistance: Provide support in managing the internship and placement processes for students, including coordinating with companies and candidates.
  • Payroll Assistance: Assist in basic payroll management, including attendance tracking and data entry for payroll purposes.

Requirements:
