We are looking for a smart, confident, and well-presented Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our office and assist in day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist visitors, students, and clients arriving at the office.
• Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp, and email inquiries.
• Maintain visitor log, appointment schedules, and student inquiry records.
• Coordinate with the counselling and HR team for follow-ups.
• Support administrative tasks such as filing, document handling, and data entry.
• Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of the front desk area.
• Assist with basic communication and coordination between different departments. Requirements
• Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi & Marathi).
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Web).
• Friendly, organized, and customer-focused.
• Prior experience in education, counselling, or HR roles preferred (not mandatory).

Salary

₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience and skills)

• Incentives for performance and lead conversions.
