Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Udaipur for a Front Desk Receptionist. The responsibilities include greeting and assisting visitors, managing front desk operations, answering phone calls professionally, handling inquiries, and maintaining records. The Front Desk Receptionist will also oversee clerical duties, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere at the office.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
• Strong Clerical Skills for organizing and maintaining records effectively
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to create a welcoming impression and address client inquiries
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic work environment
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with office software are a plus
