Job Description

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to support our Human Resources department in day-to-day HR operations. The intern will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR documentation, and administrative activities. Key Responsibilities: Assist in end-to-end recruitment (screening resumes, scheduling interviews, follow-ups) Maintain employee records and HR databases Support onboarding and induction of new employees Assist in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and HR documents Coordinate with departments for attendance and basic payroll inputs Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives Handle basic HR-related queries from employees Prepare daily/weekly HR reports for the HR manager Requirements: Pursuing or completed graduation/post-graduation in HR, Management, or related field Good communication skills (verbal and written) Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Email Willingness to learn and positive attitude Ability to maintain confidentiality Internship Duration: 3–6 months Stipend: 12,000
