Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Management Trainee – HR & Administration to join our team. This role offers hands-on learning and practical exposure to candidates aspiring to build a career in HR and Administration. During the initial 3-month Management Trainee period, the selected candidate will be trained across key HR and administrative functions. Upon successful completion of training, the candidate may be elevated to a 6-month probation period, strictly based on performance and management approval. Final confirmation and issuance of the appointment letter will be granted only after evaluating overall performance, learning attitude, discipline, and role readiness. Key Responsibilities :- 1*. Attendance & Biometric Data Management Download and compile monthly attendance data using the iSecure system. * Maintain accurate attendance records and generate required reports. 2*. Saneforce Management Maintain and update the doctor list with accurate and up-to-date information. * Handle additions, deletions, and modifications as required. Coordinate with relevant departments for smooth Saneforce operations. 3. Administrative Operations Conduct cleaning inspections to ensure a clean and organized workplace. Manage and coordinate office grocery and supply orders. Handle vendor management, including communication, negotiation, and issue resolution. Review and approve office-related expenses. 4. Travel Coordination Book flights and manage travel arrangements through MakeMyTrip or similar platforms. Ensure timely and cost-effective arrangements for travel, accommodation, and transportation. Requirements :- Graduation; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience in administrative or coordination roles (preferred).
