Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager at Adani Green Energy Ltd., located in Bhavnagar. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating between departments, managing project timelines, and ensuring compliance with company standards. Additional tasks include preparing detailed reports, contributing to strategic planning, and facilitating communication across teams to ensure efficiency and productivity. The Assistant Manager will also be involved in leveraging technology to optimize processes and achieve operational excellence. Qualifications Project management, Operations management, and Strategic planning skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in technology utilization to optimize processes Knowledge of renewable energy industry standards and compliance Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting Experience in similar roles or in the energy sector is beneficial Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field Show more Show less
