Job Description

Job Title: Deployment Generalist – Workforce Planning & Resource Management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strongly preferred: Experience in a CPA firm, legal firm, or professional services environment with exposure to operations, deployment, or resource management.
  • Background in workforce planning, scheduling, or utilization/capacity management.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on accuracy, data interpretation, and problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; comfortable interacting across all levels.
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ability to work across multiple internal systems.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently while supporting a broader team.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Deployment, Data & Resource Management

  • Support end-to-end workforce deployment, working closely with the Deployment Leader and service line SPOCs.
  • Track and report utilization, capacity, availability, and hours across assigned service lines, ensuring leadership has accurate, real-time insights.
  • Analyse workload forecasts, identify staffing or capacity gaps, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Coordinate with service line owners to understand resource needs, monitor changes, and maintain alignment across teams.
  • Maintain deployment dashboards, reports, and tools for up-to-date information accessibility.
  • Identify trends, variances, and risks; escalate issues promptly when needed.
  • Support India teams’ workforce planning efforts through reporting, analytical insights, and structured coordination.

Administrative & Coordination Support

  • Act as the right hand for the Deployment Leader—maintaining visibility into resource movement and priorities.
  • Coordinate with SPOCs and service line leaders to ensure smooth communication, timely updates, and consistent processes.
  • Assist in maintaining documentation, workflows, scheduling processes, and operational cadence across deployment activities.

Our Hiring Process:

If the profile of a candidate gets shortlisted, the hiring team will get in touch within 72 hours. The initial shortlisting will be followed by 2 rounds of interview (Technical round & Interaction with Senior Management). Post Final Selection, there will be an interaction with HR representative. This process may take 10-15 working days.
