Our Human Capital team helps Deloitte client service teams support value creation through people's performance. We guide teams in reimagining work, the workforce, and the workplace across the enterprise, and help in transforming HR functions with AI and emerging technology. Position Summary

Level

: Analyst/ConsultantAs a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale software solutions, lead the creation of robust pipelines and manage code deployment across environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional, global teams to translate functional requirements into effective deliverables, independently guiding and mentoring junior team members. Your role spans the full project lifecycle, including estimation, planning, execution, and tracking key metrics for analysis, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of solutions.

Work you’ll do:

You would be working on consulting engagements as part of a cross -cultural team across regions
  • Play a business analyst role and work with different stakeholders to capture the comprehensive business requirements.
  • Apply business consulting frameworks and methodologies to address business problems (e.g., Agile Methodology)
  • Be responsible for the delivery of business results to clients
  • Lead workshops to collaborate with client stakeholders and educate them throughout the process
  • Lead / drive project teams internal/external and client conversations
  • Lead / contribute to sales pursuits, consulting offerings and internal initiatives
  • Participate in a variety of firm building events

Qualifications

Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

We are looking for people with a deep understanding of US Retirement Industry along and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC):
  • Understanding of the US Retirement / Wealth Management (e.g., defined contribution, defined benefit, health, and wealth plans)
  • Good understanding around defined contribution plans such as 401 (k), 403 (b), 457
  • Understand Plan Creation/onboarding, Participation Enrollment, Contribution Management, Loans Distribution, etc.
  • Deep understanding of Agile principles, Scrum ceremonies, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement in product development cycles
  • Product development, and project management to deliver innovative and user-centric solutions.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams (e.g., Design, development, QA) on various tasks such a roadmap, process flows, T-shirt sizing, effort estimations
  • Experience in writing comprehensive business requirements (e.g., User Stories)
  • Experience in Project Management Tools (e.g., JIRA, Zephyr, Confluence)
  • Familiar with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and deep understand the various stages/roles as part of SDLC (e.g., planning, development, testing).
  • Knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Office tools

Good to have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

  • Ability to be a self-starter and work independently, but also cooperatively in a close team environment
  • Ability to prioritize and have good attention to detail
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills

Education:

  • BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university
