The Team
Human Capital (Overall)
The Human Capital Offering Portfolio focuses on helping organizations manage and sustain their performance through their most important asset: their people. Centered on five core issues, this Portfolio signifies to the market that we see Human Capital as a topic critical to the C-Suite. As we go-to-market we will show our clients that we serve more than HR organizations – from the CEO to CFO, Risk Manager to Business Unit leader—and that we deliver on our issues and help create value for our clients.
Organization, Workforce & Change
The Organization, Workforce & Change practice is about transforming the organization (and the benefits providers that serve them) to support its business strategy. This involves helping our clients move from where they are today to where they need to be in the future. It could include changing the organization’s culture, modernizing specific functions, re-designing the organization structure, and will require a combination of change management actions to execute the transformation. To enable our success, it will be critical to use data and insights to inform better ways of working together.
Position: Senior Manager
Role and Responsibilities
- Planning and managing complex projects and ensure timely work delivery
- Leading/managing large teams and delivering large tech transformation projects
- Responsible for developing and deploying user adoption programs for technical implementations, digitalization and emerging technology initiatives.
- Ability of liaising with leads from other workstreams and subject matter experts
- Responsible for design and execution of Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities for large-scale transformation projects including, but not limited to, training strategy, stakeholder engagement, change management, training development, communications, organization design and governance, and culture solutions that enable industry-leading clients to meet and exceed their digitalization goals.
- Project Management Capabilities, encompassing following activities:
- Managing staffing or resource plan on project activities and their utilization during the project lifecycle
- Tracking project burn vs progress, validating content flow, reviewing, and validating deliverables, analysis, and provide recommendations Owning on-time completion of deliverables and ensuring deliverables meet Deloitte and client quality standards
- Anticipating project risks/issues and defining mitigation strategies with senior client/project leadership; remove roadblocks for the development team
- Plan and develop key project communications and regular project status tracking
- Identifying business opportunities and work on pursuits and provide estimates
- Lead and manage business development efforts, including Statements of Work (SOW), proposal development, client presentations, etc.
- Lead and contribute to practice development initiatives including culture building, internal community involvement, eminence, recruiting, whitepapers, etc.

Qualifications (Required):
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- Minimum of 15+ years of relevant experience in industry or consulting in learning and development/organization design/change management/digital and cloud solutions space
- Previous experience on technology implementation projects (SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow, Salesforce.com, Workday, SuccessFactors, custom solutions) in a relevant industry or consulting environment
Qualifications (Preferred):
- Proven experience in a consulting and/or client-facing environment
- Experience of creating Training Strategy, TNA, Stakeholder Analysis and Curriculum development
- Experience of working on Recording and Authoring Tools like Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, WalkMe, Enable Now, uPerform, UPK, etc.
