About the job:

Smooth transaction of all NCOGs and Transportation activities in the perimeter of the EM CHC EU

Main responsibilities:

Leadership Master Data & Non-CoGs operations

· Leads, manages and coaches team members.

· Smooth transaction of all NCOGs and Transportation activities in the perimeter of the EM CHC EU.

· Creation of regular finance reports and budget tracking.

· Ensure accurate maintenance of all product related master data for entire portfolio in scope of EM CHC EU.

Non-CoGs

· Creates and implements procedures for compliant and effective Non-COGS purchase.

· Order management and related financial accounting.

· Provides training for purchase order owners.

· Creates and implements Non-COGS reporting and monitoring.

Master data Management SAP/ERP

· Creates and implements procedures for effective product master data management.

· Ensures adequacy, accuracy and legitimacy of master data.

· Serves as the point of contact for master-data-related escalation topics.

· Ensures 1st level user support for SAP SC processes and manages escalation to IT.

· Implements and controls user access management.

· Support IT projects of related systems and continuous process improvements.

About you:

· 7+ years of in-depth experience in supply chain management within the pharmaceutical industry.

· Deep understanding of SAP/ERP as well as very good knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel).

· Excellent analytical and communication skills as well as conceptual strength.

· First professional experience of at least one - two years in the field of accounting.
