📌 Job Summary

We are hiring a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Management to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and presenting data to support business decisions. You will work closely with the product, marketing, and operations teams to convert raw data into actionable insights that improve business performance.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources
• Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
• Build dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
• Perform statistical analysis and create predictive insights
• Prepare MIS reports for management and stakeholders
• Work with SQL databases to extract and manipulate data
• Automate recurring reports and improve data workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Finance)
• Present insights and recommendations clearly to non-technical teams

📌 Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query)
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Python (Pandas/Numpy preferred)
• Experience with BI Tools (Power BI/Tableau/Data Studio)
• Knowledge of analytics concepts: KPI tracking, forecasting, segmentation
• Good understanding of statistical methods and data modeling
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

📌 Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce, fintech, SaaS, or marketing analytics
• Understanding of A/B testing and data-driven decision making
• Certification in Data Analytics / Power BI / SQL
