Please find below Job description of Deloitte USI for Data Managemment on CTH (Contract to hire) basis third party payroll.

The initial contract will be for 6-8 months, post this period, you will be given the opportunity to convert yourself as a full-time employee of Deloitte.

Work youll do

As an ELE Data Management professional, you will support the administration of Talent activities of employees. Not only will you work independently, but youll also collaborate and work with virtual teams. Your other responsibilities will include:

• Processing employee data transactions in Success Factors
  • Performing ongoing validation, reconciliation and audit of employee data and data management processes, implementing data governance framework • Responsible for day-to-day administration of all Data change or correction requests. • Partner closely with various teams and other internal clients in handling employee related issues. • Maintain high level of accuracy on all transactions/reporting/Analysis • Create and append process SOPs

The Employee Life-Cycle Events (ELE) Data Management team supports the US & USI Talent and professionals in a variety of core activities. Our team manages end-to-end activities for Data management. Our team adheres to established firm standards for quality, service, and delivery, i.e., delivering regular reports within time, data quality & corrections, checking workflow to ensure timely delivery, etc. The team provides a wide array of services to the US and India professionals and is constantly evaluating and expanding its portfolio.
