Job Description

Role and Responsibilities:


Pre-Sales Leadership

Lead and oversee all technical pre-sales activities, including PoCs, presentations, and proposals, serving as the SME during client interactions to address their technical needs. Provide strategic guidance on project cost estimations, ensuring alignment between sales and technical teams.

Client Engagement & Onsite Representation

Act as the technical point of contact in onsite client meetings, addressing concerns, proposing solutions, and building strong relationships. Ensure all engagements are technically sound, well-planned, and aligned with business strategy.

Leadership & Talent Development

Mentor and lead a team of 6-8 technical interns, guiding them through structured learning paths to develop professional skills. Foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning to support career growth.

Process Automation & Efficiency

Drive automation of internal processes to boost efficiency and minimize manual tasks. Create and manage dashboards to improve operational visibility, aligning with DataCouch’s data-driven goals.

Product Innovation & Development

Lead the development of innovative technical products like Lab Solutions and Instructor Portals. Work with stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and oversee the technical design and development process.

Documentation & Knowledge Management

Promote a documentation-first approach, ensuring all technical processes, solutions, and best practices are thoroughly recorded. Enhance the knowledge base to support both internal stakeholders and external clients.

Global Thought Leadership & Branding

Position DataCouch as a global tech authority by leading content creation, including case studies and blogs. Drive content on platforms like LinkedIn, Medium, and Quora to showcase innovations, ensuring a consistent and professional brand voice that highlights DataCouch’s technological leadership.

Technical Recruitment & Interviews

Lead the technical recruitment process, conducting interviews to find top-tier talent aligned with DataCouch’s goals and culture. Define hiring needs based on future growth and innovation objectives.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
  • 4-5 years of experience in a technical leadership role, with a proven track record in pre-sales, client engagement, and product development.
  • Deep technical expertise in automation, product development, process efficiency, and knowledge of Microsoft Fabric.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor, develop, and inspire technical teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to convey complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven experience in writing and publishing technical content (blogs, case studies) and managing a company’s technical brand online.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset to drive innovation and global tech authority.
