Job Description

Job Purpose:


The Data Coordinator is responsible for collecting, validating, managing, and maintaining accurate and reliable data across enterprise systems and business functions. This role enables data-driven decision-making by ensuring data integrity, supporting reporting requirements.


Key Responsibilities:


1- Data Collection & Consolidation

  • Coordinate data gathering from relevant departments (IT, Finance, HR, Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, PMO).
  • Consolidate data from ERP, CRM, ServiceNow, Excel trackers, and BI dashboards.
  • Maintain centralized data repositories ensuring version control, accessibility, and historical traceability.

2- Data Validation & Quality Assurance

  • Perform data validation, cleansing, duplication checks, and standardized formatting.
  • Track and resolve data discrepancies by working with data owners and functional leads.
  • Maintain accuracy checks, data validation templates, and exception logs.

3- Reporting, Documentation & Analysis

  • Develop and maintain trackers, dashboards, and reporting templates using Excel, Power BI, ServiceNow, or ERP extracts.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles.

4- Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Act as a liaison between IT, PMO, Business Units, and Functional Teams to coordinate data requirements.


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field.

Experience:

  • Proven experience of 2-5 years in data coordination, data management, PMO support, and reporting.
  • Exposure to Oracle EBS/Fusion, ServiceNow.


Technical Skills:

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, VLOOKUP, Macros)
  • Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI preferred)
  • Experience with ERP (Oracle preferred)
