Job Description

Your role will involve supporting the Marketing Operations Team by handling data administration tasks to optimize their time for supporting the rest of the team effectively. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the success of our marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities: - Enhance data quality and utilization of CRM and Marketing system to maximize email deliverability to customers and prospects - Monitor Marketing engagement and activity, bridging the gap between Sales and Marketing - Perform data administrative tasks and regular marketing operational duties to support the Marketing team - Assist in data cleanse activities and provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting for marketing leaders - Work closely with Sales Operational Colleagues to cleanse customer data within CRM Qualifications Required: - Data analytics skills with a solid understanding of Contact Data management for Customer and Prospect data - Knowledge of GDPR and PI regulation - Proficiency in Advanced Excel and excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams) - Experience in data management and handling multiple stakeholders is advantageous - Strong organization, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills - Experience with Dynamics or Salesforce CRM, Marketo, Pardot, or Hubspot marketing systems is desirable No additional details of the company are present in the job description.,
