Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Data Automation Analyst specializing in Zoho CRM, located in the Greater Ahmedabad Area. The Data Automation Analyst will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the Zoho CRM system, automating business processes, conducting testing, and analyzing data. The role includes creating and managing automation procedures, integrating Zoho CRM with other systems, and generating reports for data-driven decision-making. Effective communication is essential as the role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure data integrity and process efficiency.


Key Responsibilities


1. Zoho One Implementation & Customization

● Conduct an initial assessment of existing business workflows and requirements.

● Set up and configure Zoho One applications (CRM, Projects, Books, People, Desk,

Campaigns, Payroll, Vault, Sign, etc.).

● Customize forms, fields, modules, dashboards, and reports to align with business

operations.

● Define and manage user roles, permissions, and data security policies.

● Automate approvals, workflows, and notifications within Zoho.

● Create integration bridges between Zoho apps and third-party platforms (Google

Workspace, marketing tools, CRMs, etc.).

● Provide documentation and basic training to internal teams.


2. Data Collection, Processing & Analysis

● Collect and extract data from multiple sources such as websites, APIs, Google

Ads, Facebook Ads, and CRMs.

● Build and maintain ETL workflows to extract, clean, normalize, and load data

efficiently.

● Design and manage data pipelines for marketing and business analytics.

● Analyze data to generate actionable insights for marketing and operations

teams.

● Create custom reports and dashboards using Zoho Analytics, Power BI, or Looker

Studio.


3. System Automation & Integration

● Develop automation workflows using Zapier, n8n, Make (Integromat), and Zoho

Flow.

● Integrate data across platforms — including ad accounts, CRMs, Google Sheets,

and databases — for seamless reporting.

● Optimize existing systems through workflow automation and API integrations to

eliminate manual processes.

● Ensure all automation processes are documented, monitored, and maintained for

scalability.



Tools & Platforms You’ll Work With

● Zoho Suite: CRM, Books, Projects, People, Analytics, Flow, Creator, Desk,

Campaigns, Payroll, Vault, Sign

● Automation Platforms: Zapier, n8n, Make (Integromat)

● Data & BI Tools: Zoho Analytics, Power BI, Looker Studio

● Data Tools: BeautifulSoup, Scrapy, Phantombuster, Apify, Octoparse

Required Skills & Experience

● Proven experience in end-to-end Zoho One implementation and customization.

● Strong understanding of Zoho CRM, Analytics, Creator, and Flow.

● Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools (Zapier, n8n, Make).

● Proficiency in data scraping, ETL, and data pipeline management.

● Good command over SQL and Python scripting for data manipulation.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

● Excellent communication and documentation abilities.



Preferred Qualifications

● Experience working in a digital marketing or tech agency environment.

● Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads APIs.

● Understanding of marketing metrics (CPL, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate).

● Basic knowledge of WordPress or other CMS platforms.

● Understanding of Google Analytics and keyword tools.

● Ability to translate data into clear, visual, and actionable insights.
