Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to manage reporting and analytics for our Sales, Support, Marketing and Operations teams. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Advanced Excel, Dashboards, and PowerPoint, with working knowledge of Power BI and Analytical Tools.

Selected Data Analyst day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Prepare, maintain, and analyse daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports for Sales, Support, and Operations.

2. Design and automate dashboards and trackers for performance monitoring.

3. Extract, clean, and analyse large datasets from CRM/ERP and other business systems.

4. Present data-driven insights to management via clear PPTs and dashboards.

5. Provide ad-hoc analytical support for strategic and operational decision-making.

6. Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and consistency of all reporting deliverables.

7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline reporting processes.

Other requirements

1. Graduate in B.Com / BBA / B.Sc / MBA or relevant field.

2. 1–3 years’ experience in MIS/Reporting/Data Analysis roles(EdTech experience preferred).

3. Strong expertise in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables,Macros, etc.).

4. Proficiency in PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.

5. Hands-on knowledge of Power BI/Tableau is a plus.

6. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.

7. Ability to work with large datasets and meet tight deadlines.
