Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Collect, clean, and manipulate large insurance-related datasets from various sources using SQL and Advanced Excel. Build and maintain performance dashboards and regular MIS reports for key stakeholders. Analyze customer behavior, lead conversion, policy sales, renewals, claims trends, and underwriting data. Identify data-driven opportunities to improve processes, pricing, customer retention, and cross-sell efforts. Support experiments and A/B tests through rigorous analysis and reporting. Collaborate with business, tech, product, and actuarial teams to design data-backed strategies. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all analytical deliverables. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry. Proficient in SQL, Python/R, and Excel. Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker). Solid understanding of insurance KPIs, actuarial concepts, and customer lifecycle metrics. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and business acumen. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
