Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Generate leads through cold calling, networking, field visits, and referrals. Understand clients’ insurance requirements and recommend suitable products. Educate clients on policy details including coverage, premiums, exclusions, and claims processes. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales in CRM tools. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, competitor offerings, and market trends. Coordinate with underwriters, claims teams, and customer service for client support. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred in Business, Marketing, or Finance). Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently. Ability to explain complex insurance terms in simple language. Familiarity with local markets and regulatory requirements is an advantage. Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools.
