• Identify and analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and business performance metrics to support strategic planning.
• Interpret complex datasets to uncover actionable insights and recommend strategies for growth.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators and reporting requirements.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to support marketing campaigns, product development, and sales initiatives.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through systematic validation and quality checks.
• Prepare clear presentations and reports that translate data into compelling narratives for stakeholders.
• Utilize statistical techniques to evaluate campaign effectiveness and business outcomes.
• Support automation of data collection, reporting processes, and workflow improvements.
• Maintain a strong understanding of Moris Media’s services and offerings to align analysis with business objectives.
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools and software, including SQL, Excel, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret and present data clearly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders and clients.
• Experience with statistical modeling and forecasting techniques.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with marketing analytics and CRM platforms is a plus.
• Relevant certifications in analytics or data visualization are desirable.
• Strong record of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• 3–7 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within marketing, media, or technology sectors.
