Role Summary:

full-time Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Data Collection & Management

• Gather data from multiple sources, including website databases, payment gateways, CRM tools, and marketing dashboards.
• Maintain organised and updated databases ensuring data integrity and accessibility.

Data Cleaning & Preparation

• Identify data quality issues and implement solutions to maintain accuracy.
• Prepare data sets for analysis with proper formatting and consistency.

Analysis & Insights

• Perform exploratory and statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to user behaviour, conversion funnels, and operational KPIs.
• Generate actionable recommendations to improve user acquisition, retention, and revenue strategies.

Reporting & Visualisation

• Develop intuitive dashboards and reports for leadership and marketing teams using tools like Google Data Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Automate reporting pipelines wherever feasible for real-time business intelligence.

Collaboration & Support

• Work closely with Operations, Marketing, Product, and Tech teams to support data needs for ongoing projects.
• Provide ad-hoc data analysis support for business decisions.

Requirements:

✔ Fresh graduates with strong skills are welcome

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (or pursuing final semester with project experience)

✔ Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one data visualisation tool (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Data Studio)

✔ Good understanding of basic statistical methods and business analysis

✔ Excellent communication skills to present insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders

✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment managing multiple priorities.
