Data Analyst

We are looking for a motivated, analytically strong Data Analyst to strengthen our Data Analytics team within the Wehkamp Retail Group (WRG). In this role, you will work on smart, data-driven solutions for our brands Wehkamp and kleertjes.com. You enjoy translating complex data into actionable insights. This will contribute significantly to data-driven decisions and strategies across departments and brands, from marketing and pricing to supply chain and more. As a data analyst at WRG, your responsibilities include: - Translating data into insights that colleagues can truly act on; - Analyzing e-commerce data to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities; - Cleaning, validating, and analyzing large datasets with a focus on quality and consistency; - Developing and managing dashboards and reports with KPIs to support daily decision-making within the organization; - Translating complex insights into concrete recommendations and presenting them clearly to diverse stakeholders with varying technical backgrounds; - Building analytical models, such as evaluating promotions or calculating price elasticity, to enhance business performance; - Applying segmentation techniques to better understand customer groups and target commercial opportunities. Requirements: - A master's degree in a relevant field such as econometrics, economics, statistics, mathematics, data science, or a similar quantitative discipline; - Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in e-commerce or retail; - Experience with programming languages like Python or R; - Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset; - Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau; - Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate findings into actionable insights; - Ability to independently plan and execute multiple tasks in a dynamic environment; - EU citizenship and/or residing in the Netherlands.
