We are a trusted retail chain with over 20 years of experience and 7 outlets across multiple locations. Based in Solapur, our family stores are known for quality products and excellent customer service. As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for a Data Analyst who can turn our business data into actionable insights to support smarter decisions across sales, inventory, marketing, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Collect, clean, and analyze data from POS systems, ERP (Ginesys), sales, inventory, and customer records

· Generate dashboards, daily/weekly/monthly reports on sales performance, stock levels, footfall, etc.

· Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to support strategic business decisions

· Provide insights on best-selling products, store performance, and customer preferences

· Work closely with the accounts, marketing, and operations teams to provide data-driven recommendations

· Forecast demand, track KPIs, and monitor stock turnover and margin performance

· Automate regular reports and improve data accuracy and reporting systems

· Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all data processed

· Ensure alignment between ERP (Ginesys) data and other sources (Excel, MIS reports, etc.)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field

· 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a retail environment

· Strong skills in MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards)

· Experience with Ginesys ERP, Power BI, or other reporting tools is a plus

· Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities

· Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)

· Attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets

· Knowledge of basic SQL or data visualization tools is a bonus
